The Christ Episcopal School Student Council has announced an ambitious plan to give back to the greater Rockville community, in partnership with Christ Episcopal Church! Over the next few months, the Christ Episcopal Community will be collecting donations of various items such as food, clothing, and school supplies in preparation for a “community shop” to be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
This has been made possible thanks to a generous donation by Mr. Scott Ganske, a leader at Youth Service America who gave a small grant to the Student Council to get started. After weeks of planning, the Student Council presented their plan to Mr. Ganske, including the monthly collection themes, marketing campaign, and volunteer needs.
