We know the cost of an independent school education is significant and many factors are important to families when researching the available options. CES is proud to provide great value for our tuition and keep the cost below that of many area schools.

Our need-based financial aid is designed to make a CES education accessible to families who wish to go through our admission process.

Notification date for applicant families - February 28, 2025

Please note: we have a one-time new student fee of $500. Tuition insurance is required for all families on a payment plan (unless choosing the annual "pay in full" option).

Financial Aid

Christ Episcopal School understands the significant cost of an independent school education for families who seek the strong academic program, close student-teacher interaction and values-centered community that CES provides.To help make a CES education possible, the school offers need-based tuition assistance to current and incoming families. All current and prospective families are welcome to apply for financial aid. CES is delighted to offer financial aid to make a CES education affordable for families who would otherwise be unable to enroll their children at the school.

Application for financial aid is confidential and is separate from the admission process. Christ Episcopal School accepts students based on merit and their potential to be successful at the school. Financial aid awards are granted after a student is offered admission to the school. CES uses the TADS financial aid system to determine awards. Tuition Discounts

Limited tuition discounts of up to 10% may be provided for the following reasons:

the student is the younger sibling of another current student
the student is an active parishioner at Christ Episcopal Church
the student has a parent or guardian who is an active member of the U.S. military or who is a first responder
staff of the church or school may receive a discount

Early Bird Discount (returning students)

$250 for contracts signed by February 22, 2024
$500 for contracts signed by February 22, 2024 and full tuition received by April 1, 2024

Payment Schedule

Tuition is paid over a 10 month period. Tuition insurance is required for all families unless selecting the single annual payment ("pay in full") plan.

Payments can be be scheduled in the following manner:

1 Annual Payment
2 Semi-annual Payments (tuition insurance required)
4 Quarterly Payments (tuition insurance required)
10 Monthly Payments (tuition insurance required)

All tuition payments are made through the TADS billing system.
