Tuition and Financial Aid

Christ Episcopal School understands the significant cost of an independent school education for families who seek the strong academic program, close student-teacher interaction and values-centered community that CES provides. To help make a CES education possible, the school offers need-based tuition assistance to current and incoming Kindergarten - 8th Grade families. All current and prospective K - 8th Grade families are welcome to apply for financial aid. CES is delighted to offer financial aid to make a CES education affordable for families who would otherwise be unable to enroll their children at the school.

Application for financial aid is confidential and is separate from the admission process. Christ Episcopal School accepts students based on merit and their potential to be successful at the school. Financial aid awards are granted after a student is offered admission to the school.  CES uses the TADS financial aid system to determine awards. Limited tuition discounts of up to 10% may be provided for the following reasons:

• The student is the younger sibling of another current student
• The student is an active parishioner at Christ Episcopal Church
• The student has a parent or guardian who is an active member of the U.S. military or who is a first responder
• Staff of the church or school may receive a discount
• The student has a parent or guardian who is an employee of the City of Rockville

Early Bird Discount (returning students)

• $250 for contracts signed by February 21, 2025
• $500 for contracts signed by February 21, 2025 and full tuition received by April 1, 2025
