Tuition-Affording a CES Education
The things that we feel really set the CES community apart from other schools are the rigorous academics in a small classroom setting, daily PE and daily chapel that help educate the whole child--mind, body and spirit.

Christ Episcopal School understands the significant cost of an independent school education for families who seek the strong academic program, close student-teacher interaction and values-centered community that CES provides. To help make a CES education possible, the school offers need-based tuition assistance to current and incoming families. Awards are outright grants and do not require repayment. All current and prospective families are welcome to apply for financial aid. CES is delighted to use its generous financial aid program to make a CES education affordable for families who would otherwise be unable to enroll their children at the school.
Financial Aid and the Admission Decision
Application for financial aid is confidential and is separate from the admission process. Christ Episcopal School accepts students based on merit and their potential to be successful at the school. Financial aid awards are granted after a student is offered admission to the school. The application and other information regarding financial aid can be found by visiting: School and Student Services by NAIS.
Click here to view the Financial Aid Timeline for 2018-2019 assistance. When the dates on the timeline have passed, CES will continue to enroll students and grant tuition assistance if spaces in classes and financial aid funds remain available.
Payment Schedule
Tuition is paid over a 10 month period. Payments can be be scheduled in the following manner:
- (1) annual payment
- (2) semi-annual payments
- (4) quarterly payments
- (10) monthly payments
Tuition can be paid directly to CES for annual or semi-annual payments.
Quarterly or monthly payments are made through Smart Tuition, an independent financial service organization that allows families to divide tuition cost into quarterly or monthly payments.
