SUMMARY:Native Plant Workshop
DESCRIPTION:“Caring for Creation with Native Plants”\nIn-Person Presentation at Christ Episcopal Church\nJoin us on April 7th at 11:30am to learn the power of native plants to clean our local rivers and help birds\, butterflies\, and other pollinators. Naomi Edelson\, a speaker from the national wildlife foundation\, will explain the importance of planting native plants\, and we will also talk about the sacred grounds grant we received! This event pairs with the CES gardening initiative (for grades K\, 5th & 8th) so all families are encouraged to attend! \nBy planting native plants at home\, you can support people and wildlife! Reserve your FREE native plant package here. \nPlease come and also mark your calendars for our plant pick up day on Sunday\, May 5th\, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
