Students in grades PreK-8 wear the CES school uniform per CES School Uniform Guidelines.  Flynn & O'Hara is our local school uniform supplier.  Families may order online at www.flynnohara.com or purchase at the retail store located at Loehmann's Plaza, 5210 Randolph Road, Rockville, MD  20852, 301-838-8958.  Both the website and retail location will direct you to the Christ Episcopal School uniform guidelines.

CES uniform items are also available through Lands End at Lands End CES Uniforms.

In addition, the CES Parents Association sells used uniforms at very reasonable prices.  Periodically, a Used Uniform Sale is held.  At other times, parents are welcome to borrow the key to used uniform storage and shop independently.  Please call the school office to let us know you are coming so we are sure to be her to welcome and help you.

Students in grades 5-8 wear the CES PE uniform to PE classes.  These items are purchased at Flynn & O'Hara.

The CES School Store (The Bird's Nest) sells CES sweatshirts and other CES items.

Health Forms & Medical Information

Medical forms, completed by a child's doctor within one year of the first day of school, are required for every incoming student. Because it often takes time to schedule an appointment with the doctor or to have the doctor complete the needed paperwork, we are directing you to the required forms now.  The following must be submitted before the first day of school:
The following form is optional but must be submitted if parents wish the school to administer ANY medication at any time (even "over the counter" medication on an "as needed" basis).  No medications (daily, emergency or "over the counter") can be administered without this form on file, completed by both doctor and parent:
Note:  Parents of students with a significant medical issue (i.e. serious food allergy, asthma, etc.) must schedule an appointment with the school's Health Technician and the homeroom teacher before the start of school.  An Allergy Action Plan or Asthma Action Plan, completed by the doctor, may be requested as well to assist in the care of a student.  Please call Janet Gerber in the Admissions Office to schedule such health related meetings or to discuss the medical care of your child.
